Turner & Co founder Simon Turner has 25 years’ experience in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Americas in building, managing and exiting businesses across multiple sectors. With this depth and breadth of expertise he works with corporates on formulating and delivering complex strategic opportunities, and their associated challenges.​

Prior to establishing Turner & Co, Simon was a partner at the Salamanca Group for 17 years, initially based in London as a strategic director and working with blue chip companies across Europe and the Americas. More recently he established and led Salamanca Group’s Southern African office, acted as a senior advisor to the Group board in London and latterly as a director of special projects, until leaving to set up Turner & Co. ​

Early in his career Simon was a director of Colliers International before completing a finance focused MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
